Job summary

Qualys in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our MEA team. You will collaborate with regional sales leaders to develop campaigns tailored to markets and accounts, and design integrated plans to generate pipeline and drive revenue.

The role emphasizes ABM, events, partner conferences, virtual programs, and cross‑functional alignment with sales, product marketing, and campaigns. You will manage assets, pages, lists, and post‑event follow‑ups while tracking ROI in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications with 6–8 years’ experience.
• Experience in B2B software and cybersecurity marketing; channel partners preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABM, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to develop marketing plans and campaigns tailored to the immediate needs of their markets and accounts.
• Create and execute targeted marketing programs that will positively impact revenues and provide ROI, including ABM, events, and virtual programs.
• Drive strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and determine priorities for regional sales teams.
• Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and amplify marketing campaigns and field programs.
• Build program assets, landing pages, registration forms, target lists, and pre/post-event communications with ROI tracking in Salesforce.
• Ensure event data and costs are updated and leads properly tagged to campaigns for ROI reporting.
