Job summary

ViralClip is hiring a Performance Growth Lead to own paid media strategy for AI startup clients. You will directly manage high-spend Meta campaigns, nurture client relationships, and drive scalable growth. The role is on-site in Dubai with a clear growth path toward senior leadership.

You will work with an in-house creative team to convert data into briefs and optimize ROAS, with a strong emphasis on English-speaking founders and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Personally managed accounts spending $100k+/month.
• Experience owning client relationships, not just reporting to an account manager.
• Fluent, natural English (native or near-native).
• Based in Dubai or ready to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid media strategy and client relationship for AI startups.
• Manage portfolios of accounts with $100k–$500k/month spend.
• Lead performance tracking (ROAS) and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate data into briefs.
• Scale campaigns using data-driven strategies and modular processes.
