Job summary

Innovio, a UAE-based direct-to-consumer brand selling ergonomic laptop stands, is seeking a long-term, full-time Performance Marketing Executive to own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google, manage budgets for UAE, KSA, and US, and drive ROAS and margins.

You will craft creative briefs for UGC creators, lead GCC market launches with localized messaging, track unit economics, ensure accurate tracking, and share weekly insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing for ecommerce/DTC brands, ideally Shopify.
• Proven track record of profitable ROAS with real examples.
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience writing creative briefs and working with UGC creators and editors.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with Shopify analytics, GA4, and spreadsheets.
• Solid understanding of margins, CAC, AOV, and how they connect to ROAS.
• Proactive: you flag problems early and come with solutions.
• Strong communicator who works well in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta and Google with ROAS and margin as the north star
• Manage budgets across UAE, KSA, and US and make data-backed calls on scaling
• Lead GCC market launches with localised targeting and testing plans
• Write clear creative briefs for UGC creators, freelancers, and AI tools, and keep a weekly pipeline of fresh creative
• Run structured creative testing and turn results into briefs
• Work with the team on bundles, offers, and landing pages to improve AOV and conversion
• Track unit economics by product and market
• Keep Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google tracking accurate
• Share weekly performance updates with insights and next steps
• Support marketplace advertising as we expand onto Noon
