Performance Growth Lead (Meta Ads) | Dubai, on-site

Own the paid media, strategy and client relationship for AI startups backed by Series A, B and C funding.

Total Annual Package: AED 220,000 (base + performance-based variable)

Location: Dubai, on-site (0% income tax)

Growth path: Senior Media Buyer → Lead Media Buyer → Head of Paid Media, with a career plan to AED 600,000/year.

ViralClip scales fast-growing AI and SaaS startups with direct response UGC ads. We run everything end to end: creative strategy, UGC production, paid media and scaling.

$5M+ in ad spend managed
$20M+ in cash collected for our software clients (not e-commerce)
Clients backed by Series A, B and C rounds

We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer to own a portfolio of accounts spending $100k–$500k/month. You'll be responsible for performance (first purchase ROAS / cash ROAS > 1), the strategy and all communication with the client. Our clients are native English speakers, and you'll be their main point of contact.
