We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing and AI Growth Dubai | DECA Properties, DECA Developments

We are looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can run paid campaigns, lead creative delivery, and build practical AI marketing systems across our businesses.

You will own paid acquisition and retargeting across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search and Display, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn. You will also lead the designers, editors, videographers, copywriters and creators supplying campaign content.

What we need:

• At least 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience. Strong candidates with 3 to 4 years are welcome.
• Dated examples of sustained improvements in qualified leads, acquisition costs, conversions or attributable business results.
• Experience managing creative and content delivery teams.
• Strong tracking, CRM, attribution, retargeting and international campaign skills.
• Practical AI expertise, including custom integrations, plugins or agents built using APIs and automation tools.
• The ability to evaluate current AI models and show what your workflows actually improve.

UAE real estate, property development, exhibitions and multi‑brand experience are preferred. A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome; useful platform and technical certifications strengthen an application.
