Job summary

Edenred UAE, a fast-growing payroll fintech in the UAE, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive in Dubai to drive revenue and expand the client base.

You will analyze markets, build a strong pipeline, reach out to prospects, negotiate contracts, and present solutions to financial services clients. Fluency in English, a valid driving license, and ability to work in a multicultural team are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the industry, territory, market potential and zones to cover
• Build a solid pipeline of prospective clients to approach
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold-calling, and meetings
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients
• Giving presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Updating the CRM in a timely manner with accurate data
• Achieve stipulated objectives, targets and KPIs
