Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field sales or business development preferred.
• Experience in payments/fintech is an advantage but not required.
• Strong English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective merchants, including shops, restaurants, cafés, and service businesses.
• Introduce the digital payment platform and explain its features, benefits and onboarding process.
• Understand each merchant's business needs and recommend suitable payment solutions.
• Acquire new merchants and support them through the registration and activation process.
• Collect and check basic merchant documents and application details for completeness.
• Follow up with merchants to resolve onboarding queries and help complete pending registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, applications and sales activity in the CRM or reporting tools.
• Achieve agreed daily, weekly and monthly activity and acquisition targets.
• Build positive relationships with merchants and provide a professional customer experience.
• Share market feedback, competitor activity and common merchant concerns with the sales team.
• Follow company procedures and applicable requirements when handling merchant information and documents.
