Auxo Talent in Dubai seeks a driven Merchant Relationship Manager/Executive to acquire new merchant partners and deepen existing relationships in the Payments sector. You will drive card acceptance growth, optimize merchant portfolios, and deliver tangible business growth across the market.

The role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management within financial services, with an emphasis on achieving targets and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management or Payments.
• 5+ years for Manager-level roles, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of merchant acquiring and card-acceptance dynamics.

Mansioni

• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants across industries.
• Develop opportunities and expand merchant acceptance in the market.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
• Build a pipeline of strategic, retail, online and B2B merchant partners.
• Maintain relationships and manage merchant portfolios for growth.
• Meet sales targets and monitor merchant performance to drive activity.
• Support onboarding, card acceptance procedures, and inquiries.
• Educate merchants on fraud prevention, chargebacks, and risk requirements.
