Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
• Experience in MEP quantity take-off and cost estimation is required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and market pricing.

Responsibilities

• Perform MEP quantity take-off from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates.
