Job summary

SANDHILLS BUILDING CONT LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP quantity surveyor to perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, and to prepare BOQs and cost estimates.

The role involves reviewing quantities against project requirements, preparing quotations for tender submissions, sourcing and comparing supplier and subcontractor prices, and coordinating with project site and procurement teams to track costs and support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).
• Experience in MEP quantity take-off and cost estimation is required.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and market pricing.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in MEP quantity take-off and cost estimation.Ability to prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates from drawings and project requirements.Sound knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and market pricing.Experience in reviewing quantities, preparing quotations, and supporting tender submissions.Good understanding of project costs and commercial aspects is an advantage.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams.Relevant UAE experience is preferred
