Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate MEP quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare and review BOQs.
• Prepare pricing and detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze material labor and subcontractor costs.
• Review tender documents and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and evaluate variations and claims.
