Job summary

Fujairah National Group LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to drive cost control on complex projects. You will perform accurate quantity take-offs, prepare BOQs, and develop detailed cost estimates across HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and other MEP systems.

• Prepare accurate MEP quantity take-offs from drawings
• Prepare and review BOQs
• Prepare pricing and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze material labor and subcontractor costs
• Review tender documents and identify discrepancies

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining cost control
• Strong knowledge of MEP quantity take-off and measurements.
• Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
• Strong knowledge of pricing, rate analysis, and cost estimation for MEP works.
• Ability to prepare quotations, tender documents, and cost comparisons.
• Knowledge of variation orders, claims, and subcontractor payment evaluations.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and other MEP systems.
• Ability to check and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations.
• Good understanding of construction materials and current market rates.
