TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Quantity Surveyor - MEP to manage cost control and commercial aspects of electromechanical projects. The role requires a solid background in MEP/ECM sectors and strong analytical skills to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position is based in Abu Dhabi with on-site responsibilities, and UAE experience is highly valued. You will liaise with procurement teams and subcontractors to drive financial performance of projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP, BMS or electromechanical fields.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong cost control and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP and electromechanical works.
• Measure completed works and prepare payment applications and subcontractor assessments.
• Evaluate variations and maintain cost and commercial records.
• Support procurement, cost control and preparation of final accounts.
