Imdaad Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced MEP Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planning, directing and supervising mechanical & electrical installations, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard with minimal downtime.

You will manage daily operations with supervisors and contractors, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, conduct inspections, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Qualificações

• 3-year diploma is mandatory; bachelor degree is desirable.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist operational teams in planning, organizing, directing and supervising MEP works to minimize downtime.
• Follow up daily operation with supervisors and close work orders.
• Oversee day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect and evaluate systems and structures; perform snagging and DE snagging.
• Coordinate with main office for proper planning of PM schedules with resources.
• Liaise with clients for feedback on quality of service.
• Site visits and supervision of third-party contractors; check work quality.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure health and safety plans are implemented at site.

Responsible to assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to highest achievable standard with minimum down time. Follow up the daily operation with the supervisors, charge hands and closing work orders. Assisting and completing the works given by the Facilities Manager. In charge of the day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance. Perform inspection and evaluation of systems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and DE snagging. Familiar with the relevant MEP international codes and standards. Outsource the quotations for the special skilled work and have negotiation skills with external contractors. Liaising with clients for the feedback of the quality of service. Coordinate with main office for proper planning of PM schedules with respect to resources. Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jobs. Assist in preparing the Monthly report. Checking the maintenance costs, maintenance tools, materials in store and equipment. Carry out the engineering duties in planning and overseeing maintenance of building MEP works. Make sure that company policy and regulations, health & safety plans at site work are implemented.

Required Skills

• 8 - 10 years relevant experience.
• Process Orientation, Planning & Organizing and Delegation Skills.
• Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written).

Preferred Skills

• Relevant professional certification is preferred.
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is preferred.
• Knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
