Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to supervise HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and ELV systems on real estate/hospitality projects. You will ensure installations meet drawings and schedules while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years UAE experience, a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong knowledge of MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–8 years UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.
• Experience on real estate/hospitality projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and ELV systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations.

• Review shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and as-built drawings.

• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Reporting

• Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, and close-out documents.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE policies, and UAE authority regulations.

• Review shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and as-built drawings.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 5 to 8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.

• Experience in real estate projects. Hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.

• Good understanding of UAE regulations, including Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), and DEWA requirements.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.

• Immediate joiners or candidates available within two weeks are preferred.
