Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to plan, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects. You will review drawings, specifications, and submittals, resolve clashes with other disciplines, and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and relevant authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of MEP testing, commissioning, quality control, and site safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• UAE construction project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
