Job summary

OnePoint Consultants DWC LLC in Dubai is seeking a Mechanical MEP Site Supervisor with 4+ years of hands-on experience. You will supervise daily MEP site activities, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

You will manage HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems, ensure adherence to UAE standards, and lead testing, commissioning and handover activities while maintaining high quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP contracting in UAE or India.
• Practical HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical MEP site activities including HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting works.
• Ensure all mechanical installations follow approved drawings, specs and UAE standards.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor site manpower, material availability, installation progress and schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for site inspections, approvals and clarifications.
• Prepare and submit material submittals, method statements, inspection requests and progress reports.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and handover of mechanical MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site coordination challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements, UAE safety standards and approved work procedures.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Requirements

• Practical experience in mechanical MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.
• Experience in site supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ability to prepare method statements, inspection requests, and site progress reports.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage site activities independently.
• Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
