Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Head of Operations - MEP to lead and deliver complex villa and high-rise projects nationwide.

You will develop strategies, supervise planning, execution and monitoring, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE and quality standards across all sites.

This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and clear communication to drive profitability and project success for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 30+ years in MEP contracting.
• 25+ years in senior management roles.
• minimum 5 years UAE experience in a similar Head of Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall MEP operations for villa and high-rise projects across the UAE.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to meet timelines and budgets.
• Mentor senior project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Ensure UAE regulations, HSE standards, and quality management compliance.
• Monitor financial performance, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular operational and performance reports to top management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 30 years of total professional experience in MEP contracting.
• At least 25 years in senior managerial roles within the MEP industry.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar position (Head of Operations / Operations Manager – MEP).
• Strong hands‑on experience in villa and high‑rise building projects in the UAE.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE construction practices, authorities, and MEP standards.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
