Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji International FZE is seeking an experienced MEP leader to drive end-to-end execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE, with responsibilities spanning planning, design reviews, procurement, and handover.

The ideal candidate has 18+ years in building construction, 5+ years in a managerial role, and deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and BMS systems, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 18+ years of experience in building construction projects with reputed contracting companies.
• 5+ years in a managerial role handling large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works from planning to project handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, safety, and resource allocation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.
