Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on-site MEP construction activities ensuring work is executed in accordance with project specifications quality standards and approved schedules
• Coordinate closely with the client consultant main contractor and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress manpower materials and resources proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to achieve project milestones

Key Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in MEP construction with a strong track record on large-scale building projects
• Previous experience working with a reputable MEP contractor in the UAE or GCC is essential
• Strong knowledge of MEP installation project execution subcontractor management and site coordination
• Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects safety on time and within budget
