Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) in the UAE seeks a senior operations leader to oversee MEP projects across multiple sites. You will optimize resources, manage manpower and equipment, and drive efficiency while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You bring 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting, a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, and proven ability to coordinate complex programs and report risks to senior management.

Qualifications

• 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent MEP projects.
• Strong resource planning and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
