Job summary

Mohamed & Obaid Almulla Group seeks an experienced MEP Manager to oversee planning, design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems for construction projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, reviewing designs, monitoring progress and costs, ensuring regulatory and HSE compliance, supervising testing and handover, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of UAE/GCC experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional certifications (PE, CEng, PMP) are advantageous.

• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.

• Supervise testing, commissioning, handover, and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Review material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Manage MEP contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP works are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
