Job summary

Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced senior MEP Project Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery from mobilization to handover in the UAE.

The role requires extensive UAE/GCC experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets, planning, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure on-time, profitable project execution. You will act as the primary contact for clients, consultants and main contractors, monitor progress, and enforce quality, safety

Qualifications

• 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting and senior project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages.
• Strong commercial acumen and client management abilities.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management.
