Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities from initiation to handover on challenging villa and high-rise projects in the UAE.

You will review drawings, statements and submittals, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards are met within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is mandatory.
• 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management required.
• Proven track record in villa and high-rise building projects; strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete MEP activities from project initiation to handover.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance and adherence to company standards.

Job description

Lead and manage complete MEP activities Mechanical Electrical Plumbing from project initiation to handover Oversee site execution ensuring works are completed as per approved drawings specifications and timelines Coordinate with consultants clients contractors and internal teams for smooth project execution Review and approve MEP shop drawings method statements and material submittals Ensure compliance with UAE local authority requirements DEWA ADDC DM DCD etc Prepare project schedules monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget Manage subcontractors suppliers and procurement activities related to MEP works Identify project risks resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions Ensure quality control safety compliance and adherence to company standards Attend progress meetings and prepare detailed reports for management Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in MEP project management.
• Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and integrated MEP systems.
• Hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction standards and authority approvals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Preferred:

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Immediate or short notice availability.
