Job summary

Freesia Electro Mechanical, part of Azizi Group, seeks an accomplished MEP General Manager to lead MEP operations and drive successful delivery of large-scale electromechanical projects across the UAE.

Reporting to the CEO, the role focuses on operational excellence, project profitability, client satisfaction, and compliance with quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• PMP, MBA or Construction Management certifications will be advantageous.
• 25+ years of progressive experience in construction/MEP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall MEP business operations and project execution across multiple projects.
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and objectives for sustainable growth.
• Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, commercial, and project management activities.
