Azizi Development UAE is looking for an experienced MEP Construction Manager in Dubai to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across major projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale developments and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

You will lead all construction activities from mobilization to handover, coordinating closely with project teams and ensuring adherence to engineering practices. This role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of experience in MEP construction projects with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven background working on large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
• Good understanding of project coordination, construction planning, and engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor construction progress, manpower allocation, materials, and productivity.
