• Translate corporate objectives into practical operating strategies and targets.
• Lead project delivery teams to meet programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and cost performance across projects.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and project management.
• Define accountability among department heads and project leaders.
