Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Project Manager MEP for major construction projects in Dubai. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery, overseeing scope, cost control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in managing MEP projects. The position offers competitive compensation and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of experience in MEP construction projects with at least 5 years in a Project Manager position.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of integrated MEP systems and construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of MEP projects from initiation through construction and final handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, technical specifications, contractual obligations, and approved budgets.
• Monitor and control project timelines using planning tools.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural teams, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with international standards including ASHRAE and NFPA.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, system validation, and final project handover processes.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor cash flow forecasts.
• Manage project variations, claims, and contractual obligations with subcontractors.
• Conduct coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
