Job summary

Shufti is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand revenue across the MENA region (UAE, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan). You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic client relationships, and contribute to regional growth in RegTech and identity verification solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and strong presentation and negotiation skills, with willingness to travel regionally as

Qualifications

• >=3+ years of experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or technology products.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets; able to close mid-market to enterprise deals.
• Outbounds and building your own pipeline from scratch; willing to travel 20–30% within MENA.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across the MENA region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with executives and decision-makers.
• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, product demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Accurately forecast deals and maintain CRM records.
