Job summary

Fime is seeking a dynamic Manager Account and Business Development to accelerate growth across the MENA region, focusing on Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Egypt, and Syria. The role involves engaging with financial institutions, payment processors, fintechs, and related players, using a consultative approach to open new doors for Fime in the region.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years total sales experience with at least 5 years in payments technology.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the MENA region and hitting targets.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with a consultative approach.
• Deep understanding of payment technology solutions and players.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across the MENA region to identify and secure new clients.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand presence in the payments ecosystem.
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract closure with a strong results focus.
• Engage with C-level decision-makers and tailor solutions to strategic and operational needs.
• Maintain understanding of the local payments landscape, regulations, trends, and competition.
• Represent the company at regional events and conferences to generate new leads.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams for smooth handover and implementation of new engagements.
• Support existing strategic accounts with upsell opportunities when relevant.
