Job summary

ByteDance seeks a MEA-focused BD Manager for the Global Payments Network. You will drive regional payment strategies, build cross-functional connections, and lead partnerships across META markets including UAE, Turkey and GCC.

You will liaise with regional teams and HQ to align commercial strategy, product development, and risk management while pursuing growth in a dynamic, global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a business/BD role within payments, fintech, or internet companies.
• Experience in payments, e-money or wallet services; familiarity with merchant processing is a plus.
• Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution; able to lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary BD contact point for the META region for the Global Payments network.
• Develop regional payment strategies for growth, cost reduction and risk management in Turkey, KSA, UAE and GCC.
• Coordinate with regional and HQ teams to roll out new services and partnerships.
• Work with regional teams to understand local needs and develop solutions to drive growth.
• Engage with payment providers locally and regionally to strengthen connections.
