Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years' experience in HR, administration, operations, business support, project coordination, analytics, or similar fields

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment administration and documentation and help deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and induction schedules.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data quality initiatives including digitalization and process improvement projects.
• Support HR projects, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
