Job summary

JOTUN in the UAE is seeking a proactive HR professional to join our MENA HR team. This role delivers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, learning coordination, HR operations, compliance and employee engagement across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and at least two years in HR administration or related fields; you are highly organized, tech‑savvy and capable of handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years experience in HR administration, operations, business support, project coordination or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment administration and documentation and help deliver a positive candidate experience
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate onboarding activities and induction schedules
• Support and promote the Buddy Programme
• Identify opportunities to enhance and digitalize onboarding processes
• Coordinate learning initiatives and support learning administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support data quality initiatives including digitalization and process improvement projects
• Support employee engagement and wellness activities
• Contribute to HR projects reporting automation and process improvement initiatives
