Job summary

Ajax Systems is expanding its HR team in the United Arab Emirates, seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist to support onboarding, contracts and compliance for local and expat employees.

You will manage onboarding, induction, HR records, visa and immigration processes, and coordinate with external vendors while driving HR process improvements and talent management across the region. Fluency in English (B2+) and Ukrainian (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations; knowledge of broader MENA regulations a plus.
• Experience with visas and immigration policies; understanding of employment types and procedures.
• Experience of working with external vendors.
• Results-focused mindset; ability to work in dynamic environments.
• English level: B2+; Ukrainian level: B2+.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to expiry of the contract and assist in all employment matters.
• Manage onboarding and induction of all new hires.
• Provide operational leadership in core HR systems and processes; ensure compliance and record-keeping.
• Manage expats full-cycle employment and occasional relocation support.
• Contribute to HR process and policy improvements, workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, and training.
• Support regional teams on an occasional basis.
