Job summary

EC Markets in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own partner and client acquisition across UAE and MENA. You will recruit Introducing Brokers and affiliates, build a robust retail client pipeline, and drive deposit growth.

You will represent EC Markets at industry events, collaborate with marketing, and ensure regulatory-compliant onboarding. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–7 years of business development or sales experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or fintech.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi desirable; strong network in UAE/MENA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates in UAE and MENA.
• Build and manage a pipeline of retail clients and convert leads into funded accounts.
• Drive targeted deposit growth through tailored acquisition strategies for IBs and direct retail clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.
• Represent EC Markets at industry events and expand the partner network.
• Collaborate with marketing to create localized campaigns and incentive programs.
• Monitor market trends and report KPIs to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory-compliant onboarding in partnership with compliance teams.
