Job summary

Datahash is seeking a Sales Lead, EMEA and MENA (Player-Coach) in Dubai to lead high-value enterprise deals and coach a growing sales team across the Gulf, Europe, Africa and beyond. You will own a personal bookings target while guiding an eight-to-nine member desk, including the Google implementation team, enterprise AEs, and a program coordinator.

You will drive pipeline discipline, stage management, and quarterly development plans while collaborating with delivery to maximize regional growth

Qualifications

Eight to ten years in B2B enterprise sales with at least three years managing sellers directly.
Proven track record hitting personal quota while leading a team in SaaS/adtech or data infra.
Experience selling alongside Google/Meta or similar platforms and leveraging referrals.
Strong CRM usage and data-driven pipeline management.
Excellent English; Arabic is a strong advantage for the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

Own the bookings target for named Tier-A accounts across EMEA/MENA.
Run the desk: manage Google implementation desk and enterprise AEs, weekly pace reviews.
Coach in the room and hand relationships back to delivery teams.
Build repeatable playbooks to increase win rate without founder involvement.
Grow the team through weekly 1:1s, development plans, and hiring standards.
