Job summary

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited is seeking a Regional Service Manager (MENA) for the Dubai-based International DABU Department, International Business Unit. The role will focus on structuring a regional service organization, forming teams, implementing processes, and escalating product quality issues as needed.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, service penetration, and internal development via KRAs and skill-gap analyses.

• Shape commercial strategy for service offerings and aftersales.
• Lead application & commissioning engineering activities.
• Perform dealer auditing and capability tiering.
• Map logistics and network for optimal service delivery.
