Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales performance and market expansion across the Middle East and Africa for a leading consumer products brand.

You will work with distributors and key retail partners to strengthen market presence, optimize distribution networks, and align with commercial objectives while delivering strong revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role within the UAE.
• Previous experience working with distributors is essential.
• Background in consumer products or electronics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Development: Develop and manage relationships with distributors and local customers to generate revenue and growth.
• Distributor & Channel Management: Monitor distributor performance, optimize distribution coverage, and support inventory planning.
• Brand & Retail Execution: Ensure strong retail presence, pricing consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines; support ATL/BTL and digital campaigns.
• Commercial & Reporting: Analyze market trends and provide forecasts; prepare sales reports and action plans; ensure timely payments.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver product and sales training to distributor teams and retail partners; coordinate with internal teams.
