You will own a market cluster of 5–6 markets, with full PnL responsibility, and directly manage key accounts while building a network of distributors and partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Distributor Sales.
• Experience in the MEA region with the security industry is essential.
• Proven leadership, relationship-building and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute go-to-market strategies to grow sales and market share.
• Develop and manage a market cluster spanning 5–6 markets with PnL responsibility.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
• Travel 40–60 days per year to key markets from Dubai base.
