Job summary

Veridos GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Dubai to drive sales in the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, acquiring new customers, and overseeing sales negotiations and strategy implementation.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in complex solution sales, particularly in the identity and security sectors. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus. Travel across the region will be mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2G / complex solution sales, preferably in identity, security, or IT systems.
• Solid network and understanding of Middle East & Africa markets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new customers and projects.
• Manage and develop a regional sales and operations team.
• Contract negotiations in coordination with Operations and Finance Management.

Skills

B2G / complex solution sales experience

Proven success in government tenders

Sales strategy and pipeline development

Strong financial acumen
