Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for the Middle East & Africa based in Dubai. You will develop and manage our dealer network, drive regional sales growth, support key customer opportunities, and coordinate between our organization and local dealers across marine engines and related applications.

The role requires experience in B2B sales within engines or power generation, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel 25–50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales/Marketing.
• B2B sales and business development experience within engines or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer network across the Middle East & Africa.
• Drive regional sales growth and achieve annual targets.
• Coordinate between company, dealers, and customers on commercial opportunities.
• Support major projects, tenders and customer negotiations.
• Travel approximately 25–50% across the region.
