Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) seeks a Regional Business Manager – Middle East & Africa based in Dubai to own the commercial agenda for assigned countries and partners in the MEA region.

You will drive sales and profitability through distributor models, launch products with Brand Management, lead multi-year planning, negotiate contracts, and build market analyses, requiring a Master's in a relevant field, 8+ years B2B pharma experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in natural sciences, economics or a comparable field.
• 8+ years in sales or business development in international B2B pharma.
• Hands-on experience managing distributor or partner models in the Middle East.
• Strong track record in contract negotiations and distribution agreements.
• Fluent English and Arabic; willingness to travel regionwide.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and profit for assigned countries and partners.
• Plan sales and market access activities with internal stakeholders.
• Lead annual and 5-year sales and revenue planning with the Regional Head.
• Launch new products with Brand Management; coordinate pricing and submissions.
• Build market analyses to identify growth levers and new potential.
• Identify and select new distribution partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and develop distribution agreements.
• Ensure partners meet contractual commitments.
• Drive regional portfolio development with the BD Lead.
