LHH Middle East is partnering with a leading multinational to recruit a Director, Corporate Accounts for the Middle East & Africa region, based in Dubai, UAE. You will lead revenue-generating activities, craft customer-centric sales strategies, and manage high-value client relationships to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in foodservice hospitality or a related B2B sales environment with a strong focus on commercial growth and client relationship management.
• Proven people management experience including leading developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Multicountry or regional experience demonstrating the ability to operate across diverse markets and cultural environments.
• Exposure to corporate or regional-level roles within a structured matrixed organization.
• Experience working within the Middle East & Africa region is highly desirable with strong understanding of market dynamics and customer landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and deliver results across multiple geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue-generating activities including business development client engagement value proposition delivery and new business acquisition.
• Develop and execute customer-centric sales strategies to drive retention expansion and new business growth.
• Manage customer portfolio performance including commercial outcomes and profitability.
• Identify client challenges and provide insights on industry trends and best practices to create value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance legal and business functions to ensure compliance governance and commercial alignment.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team including recruitment training and performance management.
