Job summary

Citi in Dubai seeks an experienced Pricing and Billing Product Manager to lead end-to-end pricing strategy and billing platform management across MEA markets. You will influence revenue and client experience across 25 countries from the MEA Platforms and Data Services Team.

Responsibilities include leading pricing for cash management and commercial cards, optimizing portfolio pricing, and coordinating with technology and operations for the Global Billing System rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pricing product management or market management role within transaction banking.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills including financial modelling and P&L analysis.
• Ability to lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Implementations, Billing and Operations.
• Clear and compelling communicator with the ability to produce client-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive pricing strategies for MEA markets across cash management and commercial cards.
• Analyse portfolio pricing trends to refine regional pricing strategies.
• Design and execute client repricing programmes from strategy through to implementation.
• Partner with sales and senior management to develop client value propositions and secure pricing approvals.
• Lead rollout of Citi's Global Billing System across non-GBS countries with cross-functional coordination.
• Manage billing improvement projects to standardize pricing information across MEA.
