Citi in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pricing & Billing Product Manager to own end-to-end pricing strategy and manage Citi's Global Billing System across MEA markets. You will balance commercial pricing with product stewardship, partnering with Sales, Sector Heads, and Operations to deliver value for clients and the business.

• Pricing, product management or market management in transaction banking.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and P&L analysis.
• Lead pricing discussions with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Implementations, Billing and Operations.
• Clear and compelling communicator for client-facing presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Tableau or data science background.
• Knowledge of additional transactional banking product areas (Receivables, Liquidity, Channels, Trade).
• Proficiency in a language besides English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead comprehensive pricing strategies for cash management and commercial card deals across MEA markets.
• Analyse portfolio pricing trends to refine regional strategies and maximize wallet penetration.
• Design and execute client repricing programmes from strategy to implementation.
• Partner with Solution Sales Specialists, Sector Heads and senior management to develop client value propositions and secure pricing approvals.
• Lead rollout of Citi's Global Billing System across non-GBS countries with Technology, Operations and Finance coordination.
• Manage a portfolio of billing improvement projects to standardize pricing and improve access to pricing data.
• Drive Pricing-to-Billing process simplification with billing operations to reduce revenue leakage.
• Conduct client portfolio analyses to identify underutilization and growth opportunities for senior management.
• Maintain and enhance cash pricing models in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
• Produce reports, P&L analyses and executive presentations on pricing performance and billing progress.
