Job summary

Citi's MEA Platforms and Data Services team in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pricing & Billing Product Manager to own end-to-end pricing strategy and the management of Citi's Global Billing System across MEA markets.

You will lead pricing for cash management and commercial cards, partner with Sales, Operations and Finance, and drive global rollout of the billing platform while delivering actionable insights, improving efficiency, and maximizing wallet share in 25+ countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, product management, or market management within transaction banking.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and data-driven insights.
• Ability to lead pricing discussions with senior stakeholders across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies for MEA across cash management and commercial cards.
• Design and execute client repricing programmes and manage billing improvements.
• Roll out Citi's Global Billing System across non-GBS countries with cross-functional collaboration.
