Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Partner Growth Manager for MEA in Dubai. You will own partner accounts, drive growth strategies, and report on performance across Prime subscriptions. You’ll analyze funnel data and customer behavior to inform campaigns, collaborating with Prime, Retail, Product and BD teams to deliver scalable opportunities.

Ideal candidates have extensive growth marketing experience, executive-facing collaboration skills, and a startup mindset to thrive in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Experience driving strategic meetings with senior executives.
• Proven ability to develop joint value propositions and product strategy.
• Experience using data to drive business decisions.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Extensive experience in growth marketing, account management or business development.

Responsibilities

• Own partner accounts and manage senior partner relationships with regular business reviews.
• Forecast Prime subscriptions driven by partners across MEA and act on targets.
• Develop growth strategy, segmentation, campaigns and new partner solutions.
• Provide growth insights and reporting to Prime and cross-functional teams.
• Improve CX across digital and physical touchpoints to boost engagement.
