Job summary

Jobs at Dubai is seeking a Channel Development Manager for the IXEMEA Partnership Team to accelerate partner agency maturity and grow Amazon Ads adoption across EMEA locales. You will collaborate across product, sales, legal and finance to drive initiatives, influence partner strategies, and negotiate complex agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy
• Close high impact partnerships driving revenue, product adoption and strategic outcomes for Amazon Ads
• Ownership of EMEA emerging locales’ independent partners strategy, with the expectation to set a vision for a local team
• Represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies and related events
• Excellent collaboration and ability to work cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal and finance to drive initiatives and programs
• Drive partnership models’ innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
• Has an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
• Help hiring and develop top sales and digital media talent
