Job summary

Antunes is looking for an International Sales Manager to drive growth across the Middle East and Africa by closing new business with targeted Foodservice Accounts and coordinating with consultants and designers. You will lead distributor partnerships to expand our MEA footprint and strengthen regional relationships with key accounts and partners.

This role requires 3-5+ years in B2B sales, knowledge of water filtration tech, and willingness to travel up to 60% across MEA, with strong forecasting

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience in Foodservice Equipment or related industry.
• Experience selling across the Middle East and Africa with strong regional knowledge.
• Familiarity with water filtration technologies, including RO and water softening systems.
• Proven ability to manage distributor relationships and key accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate across cultures.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across MEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for MEA to meet revenue targets.
• Engage with consultants and designers to ensure equipment is specified on projects.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships and manage relationships with regional and global QSR chains.
• Drive growth across core product portfolio including RO and water softening systems.
• Identify market trends and mitigate headwinds to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, NPD, and leadership to reflect market needs in the roadmap.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and provide updates on acquisition, expansion, pipeline, and expenses.
• Travel throughout the MEA region to develop relationships and identify new business opportunities.
