Job summary

Algomarketing Ltd. is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager for Dubai to lead regional field marketing across the Middle East. You will own the regional execution, collaborate with Growth, Sales and country leadership, and drive ABM-backed account activations.

The role involves hands-on event planning, sponsorships, and country launches. You will travel within the region as needed and adapt playbooks to local markets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of B2B field marketing, events or integrated marketing experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience planning and delivering physical events.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of regional field marketing activity including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
• Deliver end-to-end events: venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activity for markets while maintaining brand standards.
• Partner with Sales and Growth to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners and roundtables.
• Support country launches end-to-end with Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating events, activations, partners and venues.
• Manage local agencies, venues, suppliers, event partners, and budgets to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and ROI; consolidate learnings for future activity.
• Build knowledge of Middle Eastern markets and identify opportunities to strengthen brand and engagement.
